While working with Sellers, Katy will roll up her sleeves and help her sellers get their houses ready for sale. She has help sell hundreds of homes and can't wait to help you.

When working with buyers, Katy is able to help them see past what is in the house to help see the potential in each property.

Education and Training
Katy attended the university of Akron and received a degree in Sign Language Interpreting and transliteration, IUPUI and received a degree in Geography and a minor in business and worked towards an individualized major in Teaching dance. Katy loves working with people and has excelled in her own businesses of Teaching dance and Home Staging.

Once receiving her Accreditation (ASP) in Home Staging in 2008 she ran her own Staging business. Katy continued her training and became an ASP Master in 2010. Katy was a presenter at the International Convention for home staging Professionals in 2010 and 2012 and was asked to join the training team for the Accreditation program in 2012 which she has enjoyed since.

Personal Background
Originally from just west of London, England Katy still speaks with an English accent. She moved to the US as a Nanny and stayed for university. Now married with a son she is staying for the long term. Katy has lived in the Columbus area since 2006. So, mid house search she is more likely to stop for tea and biscuits than coffee and a cake!
